Cuba makes it to the hall of shame

The Cuban regime has once again been nominated to the hall of shame for human rights abuses by the US State Department.

If there is one really useful bit of work that American dimplomats do each year, it is the systematic cataloging of human rights abuses by friend and foe. Saudi Arabia gets the same treatment as Cuba, as does Israel.
